INSTALLATION PROCEDURES
  1. Store beltings in cool dry and well ventilated stock rooms.
  2. To make the belt endless, insert the belt ends in fastener insert the pin & hammer to the fastener for pieces in the belt.
  3. Mount the belt on pulleys by bringing driving & driven equipment close and see the fastener is on the top & apply tension.
  4. Keep the belts away from foreign materials, Oils & greases, and solvents.
  5. Run the belt for five minutes & readjust the tension.
  6. Inspect the belts regularly during running.
  7. Prevent the belt from slipping, it may be due to wrong tensioning or absorved driving conditions.
